RTM Marketplace & Rekber

Anonymous listings, QRIS escrow tickets, and trust scores, step by step.

The RTM marketplace is a peer-to-peer trading system built around privacy: you trade under an alias, and rekber (escrow) keeps the payment side honest.

One-time verification

Open /rtm and start verification.
Submit your WhatsApp number: it is hashed with SHA-256, never stored in plaintext.
You receive a random alias. All listings happen under that alias, so your Discord identity stays hidden.

Listing an item

In /rtm, pick the listing type: JUAL (selling), CARI (looking for), or TUKAR (trade).
Describe the item and price.
Optionally add watchlist keywords: the bot DMs you when a matching listing appears.

The rekber (escrow) flow

Buyer and seller agree on a deal and open a rekber ticket from the public panel.
A private ticket room opens for exactly three parties: buyer, seller, and middleman.
The bot posts the payment info and QRIS image, with the fee calculated from the server's configured tax rate.
After payment confirmation, goods change hands and the middleman closes the ticket.
The ticket is archived as an HTML transcript and both sides can rate each other: trust scores build from here.

Setting up rekber first

Rekber tickets only work after /ticket-config (Owner): rekber roles, middleman assignment, fee rate, and the QRIS image all live there.

Reputation

/reputasi [user] shows a trader card: trust score, transaction count, and review history from closed tickets. Check it before every deal.

Admin side

/rtm-admin (Admin) is the moderation GUI: review listings, reveal identities during disputes (recorded in the audit log), manage verifications, and deploy the public dashboard.
