FAQ

General

Is USA Core free?

Yes. The Free tier is available forever with no credit card. Core features like automod, leveling, giveaways, party matching, tickets (1 category), manual SSRP, and the name generator are all free to use.

Advanced features such as SOC A.E.G.I.S., Scripter Tools, RTM Marketplace, TikTok notify, and AI require the Pro or Enterprise tier.

How do I invite USA Core to my server?

Click Invite Bot or use this link:

https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=1531622222828142633&permissions=8&scope=bot+applications.commands

Does USA Core need the Administrator permission?

No. USA Core follows the least privilege principle. The bot only asks for permissions it actually uses. No blanket Administrator permission.

Permissions & Security

Why does automod not work in a specific channel?

Check that:

The USA Core role has read/write access in that channel
The channel is enabled in the automod settings (/automod → Toggle Channel)
If a role whitelist exists, make sure the member does not have that role

Can the bot read members' DMs?

No. The bot can only read messages in channels where it has the "Read Messages" permission. DM content between members is not accessible to the bot.

What is Ghost Mode in SOC?

Ghost Mode is a silent operation mode. When enabled:

Moderation actions (message deletion, timeouts, etc.) happen without public notifications
Members do not get a DM telling them they were moderated
Only the internal moderation log records the action

This mode suits communities that do not want to publicly "shame" members.

RTM Marketplace

Who can see my identity on RTM?

Your identity (the Discord ID linked to your listing) is stored encrypted and is never shown publicly to other buyers or sellers.

Marketplace admins can only reveal identity when:

There is a valid dispute or fraud investigation
Law enforcement requests it with official documentation

Every access is recorded in a permanent audit log.

What happens in a transaction dispute?

Contact a server admin through a support ticket
The admin uses /rtmAdmin reveal to investigate (with a logged reason)
Based on the evidence, the admin decides the outcome
Escrow funds are released according to that decision

Boombox & Audio

Which platforms does Boombox support?

YouTube, TikTok, SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, and a few others. Use /bypass supported for the full list.

Why did my Boombox link expire?

Generated audio links stay live for 24 hours (conversions) or 7 days (custom uploads). This is due to storage and bandwidth limits. Run /convertbb again to get a fresh link.

Can Boombox links be used directly in SA-MP?

Yes. The generated link format is compatible with the /boombox url [link] command in SA-MP using MoonLoader. Make sure your SA-MP server allows content from our CDN domain.

Scripter Tools

Is decompiling Lua legal?

Legitimate uses include:

Recovering your own code whose source was lost
Security analysis of mods for the community
Educational purposes

Using it to steal or redistribute someone else's work violates the ToS and may also break copyright law.

Are my uploaded files stored?

Files uploaded for compile/decompile/scan are kept on our servers only while the job runs, then deleted immediately. We do not store your mod files.

Technical

The bot is offline or not responding. What do I do?

Check the Status page for real-time bot status
Wait 5 minutes, it may be auto-restarting
If it lasts more than 15 minutes, report it on the Discord Support Server

How do I move my tier to another server?

Run /redeem [key] in the new server. The key automatically deactivates the tier on the old server. A key cannot be active on 2 servers at once.

Does USA Core support multiple languages?

Right now USA Core uses Indonesian as its main language. Bot responses and embeds are in Indonesian.
