Admin Commands
The 28 configuration, moderation, and owner commands behind USA Core's GUI panels.
Everything here opens a visual dashboard (buttons, modals, select menus). No JSON editing anywhere.

Owner-only commands
Commands tagged Owner (👑 in the bot) are server-owner tools: /blacklist, /botcontrol, /botstats, /broadcast, /limitconfig, /resetlimit, /premium-hub, /setup-crashlog, /serverlist. They cannot be delegated.
